On 17 Feb 2014, Mr. Wu Xingkui gave a vivid lecture on the topic of legal risk prevention for financial lessors in ship financial leasing to our consultant company Xiamen Hong Xin Bo Ge Financial Leasing Co. Ltd. Combining the experiences he accumulated in the past years, interpreting with many cases he gave the lecture on the risks faced by the lessee in financial leasing, such as the lessee credit risk, maritime lien risk, possessory lien risk, ship oil pollution risk etc. more than 30 staff attended and questioned various problems encountered in the practice.
