From 12 to 13 Oct 2013, “2013 Seminar of the Insurance Institute of China”, organized by law school of Dalian Maritime University was held in Da Lian City, Mr. Colin Y F Yang and lawyer Wu Xingkui collaborated on a lecture Discussion on the Starting-Point of Limitation of Action of Subrogation Right against the Carrier of Carriage of Goods by Sea and submitted it to seminar organizing group. Mr. Yang also gave the lecture in the seminar, which was highly praised by the attendees.
