On July 2, 2013, the headquarter of China Continent Property & Casualty Insurance Company Ltd held a training class about marine insurance among its nation-wide system. The training site was in China Continent Property & Casualty Insurance Company Ltd Guangdong Branch. Other provincial level branches attended the class by live video.
At the invitation of the Claim Department of its headquarter, Director Colin Y F Yang gave a lecture to the training class on “Cargo insurance recovery, limitation of liability, general average, salvage and oil pollution” and “analysis of collision liability”. Lecture hour was between 0900-1200 and 1430-1700.
Combining the cases he dealt with in the past years, Director Colin Y F Yang gave the lecture vividly. And he was highly appraised by the Claim Department of the headquarter of China Continent Property & Casualty Insurance Company Ltd.
