From 21st to 22nd March, 2013, the 2013 seminar of China Institute of Navigation Maritime Law Committee was held in Jiangxi Jindezhen. 16 persons including the chairman, vice-chairman and some guest members attended the seminar. Director Colin Y F Yang from our law firm attended the seminar, and hosted the discussion of whether clean-up cost of oil pollution subject to limited creditor’s right and the legal problem caused by carrying Lateritic and other water containing mineral product that led to ship's sinking.
