In order to safeguard and maintain the legal rights and interests of poor public, on 20 November 2012, Mr. Wu Xingkui, lawyer of Yang & Lin, together with his paralegal, proceeded to Binjiang Street Office of Haizhu District for offering help to Mrs. Yu, an elderly woman of no family. Mr. Wu got insight into the case and offered professional opinions.
