On 31 August 2012, Deputy Director Judy C Z Lin from Yang & Lin Co. Law Firm accompanied Vice President Wu Boxuan of Shenzhen Shipping Group Co., Ltd and the General Manager Wu Jinlai of Shenzhen Shenyue Marine Company to present the banner to the 4th civil court of Higher People's Court of Guangdong Province, praising the receiving part with “ proficient Judicial Judgments that appease dissensions by conciliation” ; and to present a thank-you letter to Judge Li Mintao of the aforesaid court, appreciating his hard work in the case of M.V. “Peng Yang”. The Presiding Judge Lin Guanghai and Judge Li Mintao received the banner and the letter respectively.
