Mr. Wu Xingkui is an experienced maritime/admiralty lawyer. Mr. Wu specializes in maritime & admiralty (including B/L, C/P, freight forwarding, cargo damage and shortage, maritime insurance, ship building and finance, ship collision, casualties at sea, ship arrest, maritime injunction), property insurance, international trade, commercial dispute. Mr. Wu worked for Wang Jing & Co. Guangzhou Head Office and Shanghai her Shanghai Office as a full-time lawyer for five years (from July 2007 to June 2012), and jointed Yang & Lin in July 2012 serving as the deputy director, partner and full-time lawyer.
