Mr. Wu Kai is an experienced maritime/admiralty lawyer. He deals mainly with collisions, ship-sourced pollution, casualties, seaman services, cargo damage and loss, bills of lading, charter parties, international trade, and ship-building, repair and finance. Mr. Wu worked for Wang Jing & Co. Guangzhou Head Office as a full-time lawyer for four years (from July 2007 to June 2011), and jointed Yang & Lin in April 2012 serving as the deputy director, partner and full-time lawyer.
