China Lawyers Maritime Law Forum 2007 was Organized by Maritime Law Committee of All China Lawyers Association on 2nd and 3rd November 2007 in Ningbo City Zhejiang Province P R China. Mr. Colin Y F Yang (Yang Yunfu), director and managing partner of Yang & Lin Co., Law Firm attended this forum. Colin Y F Yang gave his speech with the title “Whether or not to limit liability of maritime claims for ships’ collision with the opponent ship’s salvage expenses” at the forum and was the compere of symposium of marine insurance.
