On 13 May 2015,PICC Property and Casualty Company Head Office Marine Cargo Insurance Department held a nationally advanced training class for oil pollution insurance in Guangzhou. About 50 people from different branch offices attended the class and representatives from major shipping companies in Guangdong Province also attended the class, such as China Shipping Bulk Carrier Co., Ltd, COSCO Shipping Co., Ltd, Guangzhou Salvage Bureau, Guangdong Yuedean Shipping Co., Ltd. At the invitation of PICC Property and Casualty Company Head Office Marine Cargo Insurance Department, Director Colin Y F Yang gave a lecture about “Discussion on Several Issues of ship cleaning fees ” in the afternoon of 13 May. With his rich experience in handling case, Director Colin Y F Yang gave the lecture vividly and he was highly appraised by the PICCHead Office and the entire class.
