On 1 June 2018, director Yang Yunfu was invited by the Sanya MSA to give a lecture for the maritime investigation training. About 13 people attended the training, including Wang Guo the vice president of the MSA, Ye Xinbin and Hu Hongbiao the deputy director of navigation management department,  and other leadership of maritime investigation. Director Yang addressed on “Analysis on Relevant Issues of Maritime Investigation” in the training. He related to his rich experience of 27 years in maritime investigation and legal practice, and typical cases he represented when making detailed analysis on relevant issues on maritime investigation from 4 aspects——1) maritime investigation and evidence collection, 2) liability for vessel collision, 3) investigation of several typical accidents, and 4) notes on writing investigation report and letter of liability affirmation. The attendees spoke highly of director Yang’s lecture.  

Wang Xiangnian, the surveyor of Haijiang Surveyors & Adjusters Co., Ltd, also attended the training.
