On 24 June 2018, Guangzhou Dredging Co., Ltd held a systematic training of safety and management for the entire company. About 300 people attended the training, including Wang Baihuan director of the board, Fang Choujun the general manager, Wang Quan the deputy general manager and other leaders of the company, as well as leaderships of relevant departments, leaderships of subordinate companies and relevant employees.  

Director Yang Yunfu was invited by the company to give a lecture entitled “Typical Maritime Affairs and Analysis on Relevant Issues” in the training on the afternoon of 24 June. Director Yang related to his rich experience of 27 years in maritime investigation and legal practice, and typical cases he represented when making detailed analysis on relevant issues from 3 aspects——1) maritime  safety, 2) 4 typical accidents of working ships, 3) vessel-induced oil pollution. Director Yang also introduced the current situation of revising maritime laws in China. The attendees spoke highly of director Yang’s lecture.
