On 10 oct. 2018, Director Yang Yunfu gave a lecture for Huizhou MSA on the Issues Related to Maritime Investigation.  Zhong Zhenbin, the director and party secretary of the MSA attended the full lecture. Deputy Director Zheng Liangdong made an important speech at the lecture ceremony. Some 20 attendees were from the law research office, command center, and law enforcement department of the MSA.

    Relating to his 27 years of experience in maritime investigations and maritime law firm and the typical cases he personally represented, Mr. Yang gave a detailed analysis on the issues of maritime investigation from five aspects, that was, maritime investigation and evidence collection, ship collision responsibility analysis, investigation and analysis of ten typical cases, the writing of investigation report and liability confirmation report, and maritime response measures(salvage and clean-up). His answers to the questions proposed at the lecture were enlightening. He won high praise from the attendees.
