Guangdong MSA held a surveyor video training from May to June, 2019.
Director Yang of this law firm was invited to give a lecture for the video training at Guangdong MSA on 30th May 2019.More than 20 listened to the lecture on site, including Guo Weibin, director of the MSA security department, and He Weixiong, vice director of the navigation department. Local MSAs listened to the lecture via video.
Director Yang addressed “Legal Issues Related to Maritime Handling” from 7 aspects——vessel collision, liability limitation, general average, salvage, vessel-induced oil damage, vessel insurance, and revision of maritime law. The MSA security department, navigation department and the people participated in the lecture gave high praise to his enlightening lecture.
