Mr. Wu Kai was invited to give a lecture at the Second Session of 2019 Training for Ship Leadership Management by COSCO Shipping Specialized Carriers from 13:40 to 17:00 on 22 June 2019. Attendees were leadership from shore base management department, masters, chief engineers and commissars. The lecture was held at the Guangyuan Vocational and Technical School.    

The lecture topic was “several legal issues and case study of marine transportation”. Relating to typical cases he represented, Mr. Wu made a detailed analysis of maritime accidents (including ship collision), ship induced oil pollution, Maritime Code revision and the handling after the Rules on Domestic Waterway Transportation was abolished. He made suggestions as to how to prevent accident and dispute and how to handle the accident and dispute. The lecture was spoken highly of by the attendees.
