On 2 September 2019, Director Yang Yunfu of this law firm gave a lecture for the maritime investigator training at Zhanjiang MSA. Some 40 attendees were present at the lecture, including Director Wu Haiming of the MSA Navigation Regulation Office. The subordinate MSA under the administration of Zhanjiang MSA participated via video.

Director Yang addressed on Relevant Issues of Maritime Investigation from 7 respects, including investigation and evidence collection, collision liability analysis, analysis and survey on several typical accidents, report and liability affirmation letter, relevant international convention.  His enlightening lecture was given high praise by Zhanjiang MSA and the attendees.
