On 28 September 2019, the 2019 Guangzhou Maritime Law Forum and 2019 Guangzhou Maritime law, Insurance Law and Maritime Justice Forum (i.e. the Second Guangzhou Maritime Forum) was successfully held at the Guangzhou Maritime Court. The forum was directed by the International Maritime Justice Guangzhou Base of Supreme People’s Court, supported by Guangzhou Justice bureau, hosted by Guangzhou International Shipping Justice Research Center (Guangzhou Maritime Judge Association), Guangdong Lawyers Association, Maritime Professional Committee of a All China Lawyers Association and etc., and co-organized by the Maritime Logistics Professional Committee and Insurance Law Professional Committee of the Guangdong Lawyers Association, and etc. About 300 attendees were present at the forum. They were from Guangdong Higher People’s Court, Guangzhou Maritime Court, Guangzhou Justice Bureau, Guangzhou Arbitration Committee, Guangdong Lawyers Association, Guangzhou Lawyers Association, Southern China Branch of Maritime Arbitration Committee, colleges and universities, enterprises and law firms, etc.

Limitation and received high praise. He held the position of vice director of Maritime Professional Committee of a All China Lawyers Association, and director of Maritime Logistics Professional Committee of the Guangdong Lawyers Association.
