From Jul 2015 to Jan 2018, he served as trainee, third officer in Qingdao Winning International Ship Management Co., Ltd.
2022年7月至今，任广东恒福（上海）律师事务所实习律师；
From Jul 2022 till now, he served as a paralegal of Yang & Lin Co. Law Firm Shanghai office.
程海涛律师既有海上航运实践经验，也有参与处理海事海商案件的经验。擅长处理船舶碰撞、海上保险、货损货差，提单、海上人身伤亡等方面的纠纷。
Cheng Haitao has hand-on experience of maritime shipping. He is well versed in dealing with disputes on ship collision, marine insurance, cargo damage and loss, bills of lading, and casualties at sea.
