On 11 December 2013, during her “Leading Talent” training program in German which organized by All China Lawyers Association, Ms Judy C Z Lin accepted the invitation from the law firm Lebuhn & Puchta where she practiced internship and delivered a speech to its major clients. Participants are including several major shipping companies in German such as DS Tankers GmbH & Co. KG, TB Marine Ship management GmbH & Co. KG and E.R.SCHIFFAHRT GmbH & Cie.KG. The speech covered several key issues of compensation over oil pollution damage, reasons that Chinese MSAs detaining foreign vessels and matters need attention by foreign shipowner. Judy Lin’s speech won high appreciation from the participants.
