On 5 December 2013, Korean Shipping Association (KSA) held a Hull · P&I Seminar in Seoul, South Korea. More than 100 participants of shipowners, insurance companies, P & I clubs, the Coast Guard, law firms and surveyor companies from Korea and London attended the seminar. At the invitation of KSA, Mr. Colin Y F Yang and Mr. Wu Kai of our law firm attended the seminar as the only Chinese lawyers representative, and gave a lecture titled Discussion on Several Issues of Oil Pollution Damage from Ships and Ship Detainment by China Maritime Safety Administration in Respect of Maritime Accidents respectively. Their lectures were highly praised by KSA and other participants.
