On the afternoon of 11 October 2013, Institute of Marine Insurance Law of Dalian Maritime University held the ceremony of issuing the Letter of Appointment to senior consultant. Shan Hongjun, the dean of Institute of Marine Insurance Law of Dalian Maritime University issued the Letter to appointed consultant. Professor Han Lixin from the Institute of Law and Director Chu Beiping from the research center of Marine Insurance Law attended the ceremony.
