From 10th to 11th September 2009, Shenzhen MSA held a renewal of knowledge training course for officers participating in anti pollution and pollution accident investigation. At the invitation of Shenzhen MSA, our Mr. Yang Yun Fu lectured relevant issues concerning vessel’s oil pollution in the training course. Shenzhen MSA thought highly of Mr. Yang’s lecture.
