The Third Conference on Maritime Hot Issues, organized by Huatai Insurance Agency & Consultant Service Ltd.(Huatai), was held in Xian on 22nd and 23rd of June 2006. Mr. Colin Y F Yang (Yang Yun Fu), director of Yang & Lin participated in the conference at the invitation of Huatai, and delivered an introductory speech on the issue of gauging of cargo shortage.
