On 19 June 2014, at the invitation of China United Property Insurance Company limited, Guangdong branch, director Colin Y F Yang of our law firm gave a lecture to the training class on “the main work and relevant issues of Subrogation”. More than 40 staff from the home office of the company have attended the class, includingMr.Qiu Wenguang, the general manager assistant from provincial branch. Its30 Center branches and subsidiary companies have also taken this lecture through video rebroadcast.
Combining his rich experience in handling related cases in the past years with the profound theoretical knowledge and the problem encountered in practice for the insurance company, director Colin Y F Yang vividly made the lecture ,which has obtained a good effect and was highly appraised by the attended trainees.
Ms.Lin Cuizhu, chairman of Haijiang Surveyors&Adjuster Co.,Ltd, was also invited to lectureat the training class. Ms.Lin give a speech on the advantage of Haijiang and described the advantage of the interaction between Haijiang and Yang&Lin law firm, which received the warm applause from the trainee.
