On 2 December 2015, the Headquarters of Ping An Property & Casualty Insurance Company of China, Ltd (hereafter referred to Ping An) held the 2015 Experts’ Seminar about Difficulties and Hot Issues on Claims of Hull Insurance and Marine Insurance in Ping An International Financial Hotel, Lujiazui, Shanghai. There were 7 maritime courts altogether sending presiding judges or judges to attend the seminar. The Vice General Manager, Zhu Yougang of the Headquarters of Ping An gave his salutatory at the opening ceremony and made conclusions at the closing ceremony. The General Managers and other office managers of Claim Department, Legal Department and Property Insurance Department of the Headquarters of Ping An, Vice General Managers of Operational Department and General Managers of Claim Department from more than 20 provincial companies attended the seminar. At the invitation of the Headquarters of Ping An, Director Colin Y F Yang attended the seminar, and he was the first to make a speech in the case discussions.
