PICC Guangxi branch held the 2018 Legal Training from 20-21 Nov. 2018. Over 40 attendees participated in the training, including vice directors and supervisors from law department, claim department of the Guangxi branch, and from the claim centers of over 20 municipal branches.   

    Yang Yunfu and Duan Tingwu, the director and the vice director of this law firm, were invited by PICC Guangxi branch to address on Several Issues of Recovery on 20 Nov. Relating to the typical cases he personally represented, Mr. Yang made a detailed analysis on the recovery for waterway cargo insurance, limitation of liability, general average, recovery for highway cargo insurance, and the experience and skills in recovering the claim for cargo transportation. Mr. Duan gave a detailed analysis on issues pertinent to recovery of property claim arising from fire, typhoon, product quality, and etc. Their lectures gained high praise from the law department of Guangxi PICC and the attendees.
