COSCO Shipping Specialized Carriers held the 1st section of Leadership Training for Ship Management in 2019 from 15-19 April 2019. Some 50 attendees participated in the training, including leaderships from the shore base management department of COSCO Specialized, some masters, chief engineer and political commissars.    

Director Yang of this law firm was invited by COSCO Specialized to give a lecture entitled “Several Legal Issues of Maritime Transportation and Case Analysis” on 15 April. The lecture began at 13:40 and ended at 17:00. Referring to typical cases he represented, director Yang made a detailed analysis to maritime oil pollution caused by ship collision, revision of the Maritime Code of the P.R.C., and handling after the Technical Specifications of Fire Water Supply and Hydrant System was abolished. The training department and attendees thought highly of his enlightening lecture.
