PICC headquarter held a systematic 2019 Hull Insurance and P & I Insurance Training in Haikou from 4 to 5 June 2019.More than 80 leaderships of hull insurance from 18 provincial branches attended the training and about 20 provincial branches participated via video.
On the afternoon of 4th June, director Yang of this law firm was invited by the department of hull and cargo insurance of PICC to gave a lecture on Maritime Code Revision, Ties with Marine Insurance, and Typical Case Analysis. He first made a roundup of the basic information of the revision, main content of the revision, and the ties with marine insurance. The roundup was followed by a detailed analysis of 4 typical hull insurance cases and 5 typical P & I insurance cases. By analyzing the typical cases, he made suggestions to the noteworthy issues of acceptance and underwriting.
His lecture was thought highly of by the department of hull and cargo insurance of PICC and leaderships and other attendees present.
