Mr. Wu Kai was invited to give a lecture from 13:40 to 17:00 for the 2019 Third Session of Ship Leadership Promotion Training on 22 Sep 2019. The training was held by the training department of COSCO SHIPPING SPECIALIZED CARRIERS CO., LTD at Guangyuan vocational and technical School. Attendees included leaders, captains, chief engineers and political commissars from the shore base management department of the company.
He addressed on Several Legal Issues and Case Analysis of Marine Damage Accident and Cargo Carriage. Relating to the typical cases he represented, Mr. Wu gave a detailed analysis on marine accidents like collision, vessel-induced oil pollution, and the practice after the revision of the Maritime Code and repeal of Rules on Domestic Waterway Transport of Goods. He also offered opinions and advice on how to avoid accident and dispute and how to handle the accident and dispute. His lecture was spoken highly of by the attendees.
Mr. Wu also spoke at the second session of 2019 training for the training department of COSCO SHIPPING SPECIALIZED CARRIERS CO., LTD on 22 June 2019.
