On 11 October 2013, Mr. Colin Y F Yang gave a lecture on Discussion on several Issues on Damages for Ship’s Oil Pollution to Law School of Dalian Maritime University (DMU). President Mr. Shan Hongjun of Law School, Professor Ms Han Lixin, Professor Mr. Chu Beiping, Professor Mr. Guan Xiaofeng of China University of Political Science and Law, Professor Chen Xin of University of International Business and Economics, General Counsel Mr. Gao Wei of Sinotrans Ltd and Doctor candidates and master candidates together more than 70 people attended the lecture. Mr. Yang's lecture was spoken highly by Law School of DMU.
