From 3rd to 5th September 2013 , the department of cargo insurance of the head quarter of PICC held a training class for the cargo insurance. The training site was in PICC Haikou training center. About 110 people from cargo insurance system of relevant branches attended the class.
At the invitation of the cargo insurance department of the head quarter, Mr. Colin Y F Yang from our law firm gave a lecture to the training class on “Several Issues of P&I Insurance”. Lecture hour was 0900-1200.
Combining the cases he dealt with in the past years, Director Colin Y F Yang gave the lecture vividly. And he was highly appraised by the department of cargo insurance of the headquarter and attended trainee.
