From 30 November to 2 December 2012, the 10th Guangdong Lawyer Congress was convened in Guangzhou. Deputy Secretary-General of CPC, Secretary of Politics and Law Committee Zhu Mingguo sent congratulations to the Congress, ：Vice-governor Liu Kun from provincial government, President Wang Junfeng of the national lawyer’s association, leaders from the Provincial Justice Department including Secretary Chen Weixiong, Director Yan Zhichan, Director Liang Zhenfu of the Party Committee of, and Director He Liuming of the Political Department attended the Congress. Guests from provincial Politics and Law Committee, provincial Court, provincial Procuratorate, provincial Public Security Department and Civil Society Organizations Administration and 302 delegates from the province attended the Congress.
Mr. Colin Yang, managing partner from Yang & Lin was elected one of the deputies of the 10th Guangdong Lawyer's Congress with honor, and attended the Congress.
