From 8 to 10 November 2011, the Claims Department of PICC Property and Casualty Company Limited held a training class about claims settlement skills of marine cargo insurance in Haikou. The participants were the middle and high ranking claims auditors and experienced claims assessors about the marine cargo insurance from the main provincial branches of PICC.
At the invitation of the Claims Department of PICC Property and Casualty Company Limited, the director of our law firm Mr. Yang Yun Fu gave a lecture to the training class on “Discussion of Several Issues of Ship’s Collision and Recovery” in the morning of 9 November.
