Mr. Yang Yun Fu is the director and managing partner of Yang & Lin, LL.M of Zhongshan University. From 1991 to 1997, he was engaged in maritime investigation in Guangdong Maritime Safety Administration. He became a director of China Maritime Law Association in 2002, and was admitted as a commissioner of All China Lawyers Association Maritime Special Commission in 2003. He has published some dozen of theses on Annual of China Maritime Law, Newsletter of China Maritime Law Association, Guangdong Navigation, Review of China Marine Law, and Sino-American Legal Review etc.. He has also attended a number of international and domestic conferences where he made speeches and presented his theses.
Ms. Lin Cui Zhu is a LL.M of Zhongshan University, and a member of China Maritime Law Association. She has published many papers on Newsletter of China Maritime Law Association, Guangdong Navigation, China Review of the Marine Law, and Sino-American Legal Review etc.. She has also participated in a number of international and domestic conferences where she made speeches and presented her theses.
Chinese Lawyers Engaged in International Practices is the first publication ever in China aiming to introduce the Chinese lawyers dealing with international affairs and maritime and admiralty affairs. It was co-published in 2005 by CCH, an internationally prestigious legal press, and China Legal Press, and prefaced by the Mr. Gao Zongze, the Fourth and Fifth Chairman of All China Lawyers Association. The publication embodies the brief introductions to over 200 Chinese lawyers who have long been engaged in foreign-related practices and maritime and admiralty practices in the categories of internationally practising lawyers, maritime lawyers and lawyers dealing particularly with anti-dumping.
