The Sixth International Conference on Maritime Law, organized by China Maritime Law Association, co-hosted by Civil No.4 Tribunal of the Supreme People's Court, was held in Xiamen from 26th to 28th October 2005. Mr. Colin Y F Yang (Yang Yun Fu), Mr. Zhu Wei Kang and Ms. Judy C Z Lin (Lin Cui Zhu) of Yang & Lin attended the conference. Mr. Colin Y F Yang (Yang Yun Fu) delivered a speech titled "The Scope of Compensation for Oil Pollution Damage Related to Ships " at the conference.
The two papers co-authored by Colin Y F Yang (Yang Yun Fu) and Judy C Z Lin (Lin Cui Zhu) were selected into the Theses Collection of the conference.
