People's Insurance Company of China Quanzhou Branch Fujian (PICC Quanzhou Branch for short) arranged a training on cargo transportation insurance. Over 20 employees from the claim center, legal department, vessel insurance department and several branches participated in the training. Mr. Yang was invited to give a lecture on “Analysis of Several Issues on Cargo Transportation Insurance”. He analyzed the claims of compensation for cargo insurance by waterway and by highway, limitation of liability, general average, and related to experience and skills in claiming compensation for cargo insurance. He Duanwang, the deputy general manager of Haijiang Surveyors & Adjusters Co., Ltd, was invited to address on “Practice of Inspection and Survey in Cargo Insurance”. Director Yang and Mr. He received high praise from PICC Quanzhou Branch for their enlightening and interesting lecture.
