Director Yang was invited by People's Insurance Company of China Xiamen branch (PICC Xiamen) to give a lecture on “Analysis of Several Issues on Claims”. Deng Xiaorong the general manager and Xu Long the assistant of general manager of legal department and 10 more people attended the lecture. He related to some successful cases of Yang & Lin Co. Law Firm to give a detailed analysis on legal issues of claims for property insurance, cargo insurance by waterway and by highway, etc. Director Yang received high praise from the leaders and professionals for his enlightening and interesting presentation.
