2022年，迪拜籍“S’HAIL AL DUKHAN”轮在汕头海域与渔船碰撞，导致渔船沉没，船上5人死亡，刘彬林律师代表“S’HAIL AL DUKHAN”轮船东S’HAIL SHIPPING AND MARITIME SERVICES及其协会Steamship Insurance Management Services Limited处理该案，得到高度评价。
In 2022, the Dubai-registered "S 'Hail AL DUKHAN" collided with a fishing boat in Shantou waters, resulting in the sinking of the fishing boat and the death of five people on board. Lawyer Hu represents the owner of S 'Hail AL DUKHAN, S 'Hail SHIPPING AND MARITIME SERVICES and its association Steamship Insurance Management Services Limited's handling of the case and was highly regarded.
