He had ten year’s work experience in law enforcement of water administrative and accident handling, and was professionally trained by accident investigators of the Maritime Safety Administration of the Ministry of Transport. Now he is a perennial legal adviser to more than 20 government departments, enterprise groups and shipping companies. He is good at handling major and difficult cases, especially criminal cases of smuggling by ship, dereliction of duty, water traffic accidents, shipping insurance disputes, administrative litigation, and company shareholder disputes. Su has rich experience in dealing with complex criminal-administrative-civil overlapping cases, and has handled several classic successful cases that set a precedent in China and Guangdong.
