袁金松律师1997年毕业于大连海事大学远洋船舶驾驶系，在中海集团任船舶驾驶员、船长职务，后在香港华光船舶管理有限公司VLCC轮担任船长，在广东粤电航运有限公司担任安监、法务职务。在任船长休假期间，短时间担任过船公司海务。从事律师工作多年，处理了大量的船舶保险、船舶碰撞、人身伤亡、责任限制基金分配等案件。其中包括“天利69”轮保险纠纷案，“平南景丰233”轮保险纠纷案，“大信788”轮保险纠纷案，三元铝材保险纠纷案，澳大隧道（建工一切险）保险合同纠纷，“粤电57”轮与“海警3062”碰撞事故案，“JIN GANG”轮与“闽龙渔61156”轮碰案，“IONIC”轮码头工伤亡案，“OCEAN FAVOUR”轮码头工伤亡案，“Alpine Maria 轮豆油短量案”“恒盛688”轮与“源顺”轮碰撞案责任限制基金分配，彩储商贸（企财险）追偿案，“罗牛山1号”游艇火灾追偿案，“汉陆16”不锈钢落水追偿案，经典海运海运公司诉湛江港（集团）股份有限公司海上财产损害案，大地海南分公司诉湛江港国际集装箱码头有限公司港口作业案，人保泉州分公司诉湛江港国际集装箱码头有限公司港口作业案等案件。
Yuan Jinsong graduated from the Dalian Maritime Universitywith a major in navigation, obtained the degree of B.S. in 1997, and was ship officer and captain of the China Overseas Holdings Limited before being captain of Vessel VLCC, Hong Kong Wah Kwong Shipping Management Company Limited, in Guangdong Yudean Shipping Co., Ltd. as security supervision, legal. During the captain's vacation, he served as a shipping company's maritime affairs for a short time. He has worked as a lawyer for many years, handling a large number of cases of ship insurance, ship collision, personal injury, limits of liability fund allocation and so on.
