He has navigation experience and more than 15 years of insurance valuation experience. He has handled more than 1,000 settlement cases in the fields of shipping, freight transportation, enterprise finance and engineering. He is good at investigation and evidence collection, accident cause and liability analysis, loss and settlement negotiations, and has rich experience in handling pre-litigation cases.
