2015年7月至2018年1月，在青岛韦力国际船舶管理有限公司任职实习生、三副；
From Jul 2015 to Jan 2018, he served as trainee, third officer in Qingdao Winning International Ship Management Co., Ltd.
2022年7月至今，任广东恒福（上海）律师事务所实习律师、执业律师；
From Jul 2022 till now, he served as a paralegal of Yang & Lin Co. Law Firm Shanghai office.
程海涛律师执业至今，协助/主办处理了数起涉外诉讼/非诉案件，对于船舶碰撞、货物运输合同纠纷、海上保险、人身伤亡等海事海商案件具有丰富的办案经验。其中具有代表性的案件参与处理“新某隆6”轮与“港某发展”轮碰撞案，风力发电机锚栓断裂引起的保险代位追偿仲裁案，“中某鼎盛”轮承运钢管货损追偿案等，从入职至今协助魏主任处理唐山合德港、上远等公司的法律顾问事宜。
Since his practice, Lawyer Cheng Haitao has assisted/sponsored several foreign-related litigation/non-litigation cases, and has rich experience in handling maritime merchant cases such as ship collision, cargo transportation contract disputes, Marine insurance, and personal injury.Among them, I have participated in the handling of the collision case between the "New Yulong 6" ship and the "Hong Kong Development" ship, the insurance subrogation recovery arbitration case caused by the break of the wind turbine anchor, and the recovery case of the steel pipe cargo damage carried by the "Zhong Yimeng" ship, and assisted Director Wei in dealing with the legal counsel matters of Tangshan Hede Port and Shanghai Yuan companies since my employment.
