Shen Yunji

沈云吉律师，广东航运法学会理事成员，曾任远洋海员和保险公估师，在海事海商领域工作20余年，处理各类财产纠纷近千件。擅长处理保险、船舶、货运、财产纠纷案件。

经办的典型诉讼案例有：“华祥628”轮碰撞军舰案、广州文冲船厂渔船拖欠建造款纠纷案、“顺发773”轮定期租船合同纠纷案、“Oriental Dragon”轮扣船案、海事局扣船行政处罚纠纷案、云速物流公路货运纠纷案等。

Shen Yunji, a member of Guangdong Shipping Law Society, has worked in the maritime field for more than 20 years as an oceangoing seafarer, surveyor and lawyer, and had handled nearly 1,000 insurance claims disputes. He is especially good at dealing with insurance, maritime accidents, property disputes. 

Mr.Shen handled typical litigation cases such as M.V.“Hua Xiang 628” colliding with a warship, Fishing boat evaded payment to the Guangzhou Wenchong Shipyard, M.V.“Shun fa 773” time charter contract dispute, Arrest of M.V.“Oriental Dragon”, Administrative punishment disputes of arresting ship by Zhanjiang MSA, Dispute over the highway freight transportation contract of Yunsu logistics, etc.
