2006, passed the National Judicial Examination and gained the Legal Professional Qualification Certificate

Aug.2002- June.2006, worked aboard ocean-going vessel of Guangzhou Ocean Shipping Co., Ltd., whilst acted as the second officer.
June.2006-now, successively serving as the paralegal, lawyer, and partner in Yang & Lin Co. Law Firm.
Dec.15, 2014 -now, serving as the director of Yang & Lin Co. Law Firm, Shanghai Office.

·M.V. “CF CRYSTAL” collided with M.V. “SANCHI” (The largest ship collision in Chinese waters so far)
·The missing of 12 fishing crew members caused by the collision between M.V. "Cape Brilliance" and a fishing boat(Case supervised by the State Council)
·Arrest of M.V."BRAVE SAILOR" and M.V. “New Orion” before litigation. (The front page of the People's Court Daily gave a long report on the two cases of arrest of M.V."BRAVE SAILOR" and M.V. "New Orion" before litigation)
·Insurance contract disputes caused by the sinking of M.V. "SHENG MING" in South Africa waters
·296 fishery farmers sued M.V. "ANA" for oil pollution damages
and other foreign-related cases with profound influences. Most of the cases have achieved satisfactory results and gained high praise from the clients.
